The Ladies Guild meeting on Thursday May 14th at 7.30pm welcomes a seasoned speaker / musician, Mr Barry Daykin. Barry’s talk is called “From food rationing to ‘Les Mis’ – My life in music”
A professional musician whose career includes Brass Bands, Band of HM Scots Guards ( including the state funeral of Sir Winston Churchill ) RM College of Music, BBC Northern Radio Orchestra
And 34 years working on the musical productions and tours of Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber and Sir Cameron Mackintosh.
