Sacraments are seven sacred, visible signs instituted by Jesus Christ in the Catholic Church to communicate divine grace and strengthen faith throughout a person’s life
Baptism
Baptism is the sacrament through which we become part of the family of God.

The “source and summit” of the Church’s life, the Eucharist makes present the Body and Blood of Christ.

Confirmation strengthens (“confirms”) the baptised soul.
